| Has anyone had success cleaning inside concrete stairwells? If so, what system do you use and how do you keep the water on one level at a time?

There are several "spray and vac" restroom cleaning machines on the market that include a wet vacuum attachment. Kaivac, Tennant, Windsor and others make such equipment. If this type of equipment is not in your budget, use a bucketless wet mopping system and microfiber flat mop. There are also spinner type hard floor wands that use high pressure water jets and a vacuum attachment that connects to a portable or truck mounted carpet extractor. These do an excellant job of controling the solution. I suggest you contact your local jansan distributor for a demonstration. Perry Shimanoff Mc2sancarlos@msn.com |
