| I have a 30,000 sq. ft. retail building where they want a one-time post construction clean up. How much should I charge out here in California? Lots of dust and sawdust in every nook and cranny.

Normally, retail stores clean faster than other properties because most of the cleaning work focuses on the carpet or floor. In such cases, you may find contractors bidding a construction cleanup under 20 cents a square foot, but then adding extra labor for windows and floor finishing.
