| I need information regarding a janitorial business plan for my startup company using two employees. Any sample business plans would be greatly appreciated. |

One of your best resources is the Small Business Administration. Your tax dollars at work. Find them at www.sba.gov. There you will find information on business plans and planning and on employment requirements, including tax withholding and reporting for your employees. Use the principles and make them you own. That will give you the greatest value for your time. Running a business involves the same management skills whether you are a plumber or a janitor. You need more money coming in than going out, and you need to keep records so the government is kept happy. Learn the lessons well and you will succeed.
