Does high speed burnishing cause stripping to be more difficult?

No. If anything, regular burnishing will lessen the need for, and frequency of, scrubbing, stripping, and recoating and here's why.
Burnishing is basically a sanding process, in that each time you burnish the finish with a pad which is abrasive to some degree, you remove a small amount of finish (along with soil) from the surface of the tile while at the same time restoring the gloss or reflectivity of the remaining finish on the tile.
