Your question can be answered only when all the variables on these jobs are known. We are handicapped by having so little information about your company’s capabilities and what the contract requires you to do as part of the cleanup. Accurate production rates for your operation can be learned only by tracking your experience. How fast can your people clean the type of property you refer to? 100 sq. ft. per hour, or 1000 sq. ft. per hour? How much tile is there and what does it need done to it? Sweep and mop? Scrub and finish? How many coats? What does the carpet need done to it? Will vacuuming alone do the job? What do you have available for vacuuming? Back-packs? Wide-area vacs? Are there a lot of windows and can you get to them above the ground floor? What another company may be able to do may not be possible for you because it all depends on your skills, experience, and other resources. Lynn E.
