| How do I price out a restroom cleaning job? |

All pricing, to be valid, needs to be based on the time and materials required to do the job, and the profit you wish to make on it. The industry uses a 3 minute per fixture figure as a guide to estimating this work. You possibly can do better, but it is a place to start. Count the fixtures in each room and multiply by 3. 4 fixtures = 12 minutes to do all servicing needed in that room. Apply your hourly rate and you will be at a starting point in your pricing. Lynn E.
