It will depend on what you do for cleaning. Spray on disinfectant solution, let it dwell, and then rinse with clear water down the drain, or possibly vac up the rinse water, and you are talking about a very few minutes unless the rooms are quite large. I suggest you run some tests and learn what your capabilities are with this approach.
