| How should I clean Commercial Milliken carpet? We have HWE, but Milliken recommend the CAPTURE system, can we use encapsulation instead? |

Sure you can clean it anyway you want, but without approval of the manufacturer you may void the warranty. I'd suggest getting and reading a copy of their warranty and maintenance instructions closely and then send them a letter asking for clarification as to the use of encapsulation and the warranty. Probably best to stick with a dry powder process for now. It doesn't have to be CAPTURE, several others are available on the market. Let me know what you find out.
