What is the going rate for High Speed Burnishing? We apply the solution with a mop and than burnish the floor with a electric burnisher. Let's say an open area of about 3,000 sq. ft.

If you read this feature very often, you will have seen me write over and over again that we cannot supply "going rates" that will work for every one and that most of the time we aren't given enough information to even offer a guess. Here we are again.
A 20" electric rotary @ 1000+ rpm will cover 1000 sq. ft. in about 7 minutes. 3000 sq.ft. will take about 21 minutes. What is your hourly charge rate for the machine you are using?
You lost me on the second part about mopping on a solution and then burnishing, because burnishing is done dry. Are you using a restorer? Letting it dry? What?
What you must do is time out this work and apply a rate to it that will cover your expenses and make a profit on the job. Then you will know the going rate for this in your operation and your jobs will be properly priced for you.
