I'm not sure.
If your people can cover 3000 sq. ft. per hour each, an 8 hour shift will cover 24,000 sq. ft. for each person. The math shows the total sq. ft. area then requiring 52.5 workers to do the job.
Note that there are variables that affect this workloading and I have no idea what they may be. Obviously, project work may go slower than basic janitorial.
What is a CSF? Cleanable sq. ft.?
