| I’m not sure how much to bid on a 16,000 sq. ft. library building. They want service 6 times a week. They will only supply hand towels, toilet paper and hand soap.
Daily, they want janitorial cleaning.
Yearly, they want us to wash their interior-exterior windows.
As needed, spot clean carpets, etc...

You need much more information to make a bid presentation. What is your production rate for the general cleaning? Can you vacuum the carpeted areas with a backpack and cover 10,000 sq. ft. an hour? Are rest rooms involved? How many windows and how accessible are they? It is possible you can do this in 2 hours a day, but you need to know what is involved to be assured of that. Consider doing more of a detailed survey, and then do research into production rates for your operation. With some numbers, you will be able to price more accurately.
