I have been asked to provide a bid for a dance studio's dance floors. There are four rooms that total 4,585 square feet. The studio has its own auto scrubber and wants service every two weeks. This is my first opportunity to bid and I want to provide a fair price. Any help is appreciated.

I understand, but it would be helpful to know the flooring material, what it is finished with, and the size of the auto scrubber. Then, we could offer some idea of the times involved and therefore, the price you need to charge to cover your time and make a fair profit.
For example, a 20" auto scrubber can cover about 9300 sq. ft. per hour, so you need about 30 minutes to do this job with that machine. This does not include the dry mopping to remove dust and litter, nor the set up and clean up time for the machine, nor time for moving anything out of the way.
If you have a good finish on a resilient tile floor, you can move right along. If the floor is wood, too much water is not good and you may need a helper to pick up squeegee-missed solution quickly.
If the flooring is a special dance floor material, you need to consult the manufacturer for maintenance instructions.
