Question

I have a facility that is about 100,000 sq. ft. and I would like to know how many people I should use and how much to charge per sq. ft.

Answer

All of that depends on your production rates for what needs to be done, and how much your business costs are, along with your desired profit for the work.
Not knowing any of that, I can only offer some guidelines about how you can learn to work the numbers.
For a facility that size, you should probably implement team cleaning. Very roughly speaking, a team of three can cover 10,000 sq. ft. per hour so you would need 10 hours to do it all. Two teams working for 5 hours will keep the overtime in check.
Can an experienced and well-trained team do better? I suspect so, but you will need to get some specific training on the technique. Contact Concepts4 at http://www.teamcleaning.com/calendar/index.asp. There is a seminar set for Chicago in mid-May and it would be most helpful in your situation.
