I am preparing for the seasonal cleaning of the ceramic tile in our court house restrooms. Will be using a 12'' scrubber. What type of product works best and will a 12" scrub pad be to harsh? Going to use a doodle bug pad with a black pad also. The grout lines look decent since the facility is only 10 months old. Any advice or recommendations?

The 12" machine is a bit small for high production, but you probably have small areas to scrub, so that won't be a problem. Plus, it will prove handy in the tight spaces around toilet stalls.
Use a neutral detergent and a scrub pad. Black pads are for stripping, so you don't need them on this job. Use the doodle bug along edges and in corners to loosen buildup from incomplete mopping.
Run the scrubber over the area and wet vacuum the slurry. Follow up with a light damp mopping to remove anything missed with the vac.
It sounds as if you have the project well in hand.
