| I would like to know what company has the best floor care program for stained concrete. I need to strip, seal, and refinish this floor and then maintain it using a high speed buffer on a daily basis.

Generally, restoring this type of flooring involves pressure washing or scrubbing/stripping, possibly recoloring or painting/staining and then recoating with a high solid acrylic finish. This type of floor is not generally buffed, burnished or polished as the surface is often rough and uneven. Ask your local Jan-San supplier or concrete supply house what products and equipment they would recommend.
