| Are there cleaning service companies that specialize in cleaning casinos? If so, can you give some names?

Yes, I'm sure there are, even though most casinos probably use in-house operations. However, I am not aware of any such companies. You might try reviewing gambling industry association magazines, directories and tradeshow exhibitor lists and posting your request on some the industry forums, bulletin boards and chatrooms such as:
